(More customer reviews)I received my duvet set and put it on my bed. I slept in the bed for a few nights. Then I noticed a 2 inch hole RIGHT ON THE SEAM of the top of the duvet (by the head). Since it was an obvious manufacturer defect, I contacted the company and they sent me a label to return the duvet. I sent it back, and to no avail, NO ONE here could find the 2 inch hole! (despite my many descriptions) They claimed that since it had some pet hair on it (did not know I had to wash it before returning it) and therefore the could do nothing about it. They returned the duvet (still with the HOLE) to me today with no apology. This company is HORRIBLE and never received such terrible and incompetent customer service. I was ripped off. Pray that your duvet comes with no problems, or else you will have deal with the people at Linen Bargains!
